    Ashley Huffstutter was very kind and helpful. She provided water and entertainment. For my first time getting a car on my own, it was a very pleasant experience. I had gone to three other cars dealerships before this one and each of them stressed me out. This place has a relaxed environment which I am glad to have had a chance to be there. Getting a car does take time and sometimes it is stressful to just be waiting there. But, if people are patient enough, the results are phenomenal. I have read most of the reviews and seen that most people are not happy with being pre-approved over the phone and then not being approved in the location. The dealership does not lie, sometimes things just don't work out. Anyway, I would like to thank Ashley Huffstutter, Ted Heater, and everyone else for helping me. I had a wonderful time.     Feel bad for not writing this until now however went here to Carsmart being a little on edge due to the fact that I know I have some dings on my credit report from some medical bills and was told by the big dealers they can not help me and even told me to go to the Buy Here Pay lots and I did and WOW most of them wanted me to make huge payments each pay day that could not even be able to pay my other bills, So I took a chance and came here and was welcomed and was help by the sales woman named Maddy, Anyway long story short They are honest went way and beyond to able to help me find the right car for me however also got me into budget I can pay each month and not having to pay like you do at those rip off Buy Here Pay Here lots but I can pay monthly here by a regular finance company. Maddy and the team up there was also to able get me financed with no issues with very little down as well into a great car not some POS I did not want. I also referred a coworker up there and he too was able to get into a great car. My hat is off to Maddy and the rest of the team for being honest and helpful. Go see Maddy and tell her I sent you to her and she will take care of you as she did with me and get you into a great car. I even called her a Diva at the end because she went well beyond with helping me and my nerves settle and has what I call great real genuine customer service skills.

    So my car broke down a few weeks ago from a hit and run. My car was totaled and I decided to go to carsmart. When I walked in this cheerful lady DIANA assisted me, I was worried about my credit but Diana stated it doesn't hurt to try. So when the lady did my report, came back and smiled. And said so I got good news let's look at some cars. An hour later I walked out with a brand new 2017 Kia Soul. Thanks CarSmart/Diana

    My fiancé and I came down to car smart with the intention of getting denied. But we figured hey why not give it a try. Not only did they get us approved, they stayed late for us. And made sure we were comfortable with our decision. I was very worried about what we were going to take home, but after us throwing lots of "ping pong balls" at Diana, she did what she had to do to help us. And never once did she pressure us, and she was up front and honest. If you are looking for a good car! I recommend her, but you can go to anyone there and they will help as much as she did. What a wonderful group of people!

    My experience with Diana at Car Smart was amazing! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left she was helpful and very determined to make sure I leave with a vehicle.
